Good day ,
Let me start by saying that I was shocked at the representative unwillingness to understand why my order wasn't going through as my payment just had. He was very short and his tone was unprofessional as was his unwillingness elaborate further on what was going on . He also hung up on me ! Ive been a customer for over 10 years and I must say I'm very disappointed!

Follow these steps:
Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
 Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side. 
Type your message in the new window and click Send.
