I have been a cust. Over several yrs. I have tried different services but have always loved the service until 10/1/2019. I renewed service last month but they didn't restart my data so I wasn't a ble to use data. Upon calling them they could see that data wasn't updated so therefore the gave me extra data for my inconvenience. That never happen I called the NEXT DAY and was told that I used all my data OVERNIGHT....I explain that's impossible it never updated. Also they couldnt explain as I was talking to them on the phone my data that I was suppose to have used up was continuing to show usage. I was so and still upset. Ask to speak to supervisor was refused the rep was telling me what the supervisor was saying I ask for corporates phone number was told there isn't any and was hung up on. My service is off now and I will never use this service every again after beening treated in the manor I was. This was so wrong and unprofessional the way I was talk to and treated. I wish I knew about this posting sooner.
