My account was suspended due to someone on a family plan messing up and paying or not paying the bill I was interned suspended for 60 days I got an email after 60 days saying it could be reactivated so I tried it would not let me open a new account put money in it will not let me do daily plan I'm an existing customer and that's all I want it's been nine weeks without a phone
