Family Plan

My son needs to drop of my family plan due to personal issues. My boyfriend said I should jump on his with him and his brother so we can do the $100.00 special. Well when we went to try to do it , there was. Pathing on how to drop my son and directions to add a member to his was more re than confusing. Please can someone help with this issue? It needs to be done by the 5th of July.
