Which provider carrier towers do you use in northern Utah where I live? I am curious. Do you have own towers?

I am having issues again with calls being dropped.
If you check my history you will be able to see information about the issues about dropped calls that have happened.
I was able to use my phone without calls being dropped but know calls are getting dropped again.
Please tell me what to do.
