Does anyone know how to get out of Inner Circle

I’ve had Virgin mobile service for 5+ years, I’ve been paying the 50$ a month for inner circle since it became available with the 6month/1$ plan. I currently don’t have the means to keep my plan, but there doesn’t seem to be a way out of inner circle. Has anyone else had or resolved this issue?
