I bought a reboost card yesterday and tried to add it to my account as usual. It said the card couldnt be added so i called customer service. After being put on hold several times and waiting on a specialist i was told something was wrong with the reboost card itself and that it should be resolved by this morning...it wasnt. I called back and was told the card was added to my account this time and we hung up and now i cand make or recieve calls or txt. It says account cant be validated???? Now what?
