How do you cancel an order or return an order?

I ordered an Phone on-line but changed my mind. The phone is not delivered yet. So, I called customer service but cannot find any option to return an order because I don't have a Boost Mobile number yet.

 could someone help me to generate an Return Authorization Number?

If the phone was returned unopened, is there any restocking fee?

I just made an order about an hour ago that I would like to cancel. Can someone please help me do that
