Hi there Ironman7728.  So sorry for this hassle. I just tested the web site and it fine. Can you please try now? Also, please clear cache, cookies and forceclose the browser and relaunch it. Let us know if that worked out.

This is so frustrating. There's been hundreds of people with the same issue and still no resolve from boost that is unacceptable. I will not pay another month without my sign in issues being addressed. I will pay when I can sign in to do so or I will switch all 3 lines to metropcs or straighttalk.

Can't sign in, "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I can't sign in, my PIN is correct (Boost texted me back my PIN and is unchanged). I tried using Firefox and Chrome, no go on either browser. Cookies and cache aren't the problem, incognito doesn't work either. The error message is always the same:

 

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

 

Does anyone know when this is going to get fixed?
