Well that's great glad support people can log in but not normal customers. 4 days and absolutely nothing has been done about this. I've tried every "work around" clearing cookies and cache different browsers, flushing my own DNS, trying to log in through different IP addresses, different computers, mobile internet NOTHING works. All i want to do is buy an Iphone 8 Plus using my BoostUp lmao, cant even give my money to this company lmao. I'm extremely frustrated at this point, when service from AT&T is far better than Boost Mobile that's sad.
I believe that we are being targeted deliberately by BOOST. A foreign Boost phone rep told me there was a security issue on my account. But that was all. That is the most info I've gotten in 4 days.

I can't sign in, my PIN is correct (Boost texted me back my PIN and is unchanged). I tried using Firefox and Chrome, no go on either browser. Cookies and cache aren't the problem, incognito doesn't work either. The error message is always the same:
