This lock timer is going longer than it says. I wait over an hour and it still say's I neec to wait an hour. I was trying to get in to see why my bill wasn't showing as being paid since I added the correct amount of money but still can't make calls or send text.
Hello there Dime10. Sorry about the lock out from your account. Assuming you mean the Boost Mobile sign up logging page, if you have 3 failed attempts, the account will be lock 1hr. If it was 5 times, another 1hr from the last failed attempt and if more than 7 times if will be lock for 24 hrs.
I was trying to sign into my boost mobile account on my phone but was stopped by a message saying I had too many attempts. I waited longer than the hour the app told me to, but I still am not able to sign in.
