Hello, Bananaphone. We're sorry for this hassle. We'd like to look into this for you. Did you make sure the Shipping Address matched not only the Billing Address of the credit card being used, but must also the Address on the Account? If all 3 addresses do not match, the order will be cancelled.
I have tried numerous times to order a new phone with boostup. Each time the order is cancelled. I never receive a order confirmation but the charges go thru and later drop. I just tried with a new card and I’m hoping it won’t cancel this order. Can someone please help me trouble shoot this issue?
