When I sign into MyBoost I am being notified that I am eligible for BoostUp. I went and chose a phone and continued on to create my agreement for the BoostUp. However, when I click continue, it does not continue to the next page and, in red at the top, it says that it appears I’m not eligible for BoostUp. When I contacted someone via Facebook and then was directed to text, I was informed that I am eligible, however I need to make sure the information I’m putting in during the checkout matches my account information. I did check my account information and noticed that my address and DOB were completely wrong and nothing I’ve ever even seen. I updated this. However, I’m STILL unable to complete the BoostUp purchase, and it STILL indicates that I am eligible for it.
