I ordered a phone on Labor day for sale price. It came from states away to my local FedEx facility but was returned back to Indiana. FedEx has notified me that it was at the request of Boost mobile. Boost will not give resend the package, or even sell it to me again for the sale price. They won't honor that sale price and they are doing nothing in this situation. Boost also said that the package being sent back was the decision of FedEx. Does boost often do this? Does boost not honor sale prices so their customers must purchase them at full price? Should I switch plans? This is completely unacceptable and shady.
