Hi I'm new to the community and hoping I can get some help. The screen on my phone recently broke last week and i havent had a phone since. I went to my local boost store and they said I'm eligible for an upgrade and something called "Boost Up" but when they try to activate boost up on my account it does not go through... Is it because of credit issues or is it you guys having problems on your end....? 😞
