I ordered a phone 7 and just received it yesterday and switched my service to my my new iPhone 7 but I realized it had arrived with a broken front camera so I called the number on the warranty today and they say they do not see the phone 7 on my account and they want me to call boost mobile to update my account how to I get them to update it? Or do I have to just wait? Who else has went through something like this?
