What number do I call to get help with this? I've tried the machine one that just gives you options but never puts you through to an agent. I tried the purchase number that show sup as I'm trying to order the phone but they just patched me through to the machine voice number again. I can't make the purchase online even though y account says I am eligible for the Boost Up program. After going through the whole process in the end it just says "We're sorry, we can't complete your order at this time."
