Account validation

I currently have an active account, and when I added money to my account for this month, my payment was accepted. When signing into BoostZone, all the information is current and correct. Although, when I try to make a call or when I go to BoostZone to run an update, a recording says that my account could not be validated and error code COMMS_SOCKET_ERROR comes up for any update attempted. Any suggestions for what to do, since I can't get a person on the phone from customer support? Thank you
