I am trying to activate a new phone. The PIN I chose is not recognized, so my account keeps getting locked out (now for 24 hours). The only way to reset the PIN is to get a text to the phone - but did I mention the phone is NOT yet activated? I cannot check the status of activation.
Side note - you have my email address, why can't I reset PIN with a working email address, since activation issues are potentially (or very likely) on non-active phones that cannot receive the TEXT to reset? That is aggravating design.
