If anyone else has the same request, feel free to send me (or any other Community agent) a private message including your phone number and PIN. To send us a private message, just click on the agent's username (Hozuki_Robert in this case) and then look for the option that says "Send this user a private message".
I want to switch carriers because the phone I bought a month ago is resetting itself at least 5 times a day and I don't have the money to replace it. I've been to 3 different store locations and everything they tried to fix it didn't work.
