Follow these steps:
Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side.
Type your message in the new window and click Send.
Hello, @Csmith4785. We value your privacy. Please, delete your phone number and PIN from public and send us a private message instead.
To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".
I bought a Pre-Owned Galaxy S8+ back in August. At the time new customers were supposed to receive a $50 Account Credit when buying the phone. I've made 3 payments now and still have not received an account credit.
