placed an order on Dec 16 and order was shipped on Dec 18, closed on Dec 19. I have not received a tracking number. Please help. Thanks

I too am having issues tracking my order. My order status says "shipped". I never received the confirmation email. I would just like to know when my phone will be delivered.
