I ordered my iphone 6 yesterday and picked next day shipping and my order status is still order verification when will i get my phone ?????!!!!!

I'm in the same situation. I can't get any live person on the phone to tell me why there is not tracking/delivery/shipping information or why the order on the website says "closed". I ordered the Samsung Galaxy, S7.
