online phone purchase,payment issue


online phone purchase,payment issue

existing boost customer....I tried to purchase a new phone online but the boost site couldn't process the transaction...

Knowing I had more than enough funds on my card, I checked balance to see the amount for the phone is on hold....

I cannot find any location on BOOST to verify if the purchase is/is not being processed....if NOT then I need to contact my bank to cancel the transaction and release the funds being held....any suggestions would be appreciated

There was an error in processing your order. The payment will go back to your bank account it will not be taken by Boost, just wait for it.
