Hello, I ordered a phone this weekend (11/5) and it is still in processing today (11/8). Now first the website claims it will be processed and shipped the next business day which would have been Monday (11/6). In other threads as this is an ongoing problem (2017 and can't figure out order processing lol) you claim there was an "issue" and all phones ordered this weekend would be shipped 11/7. As today is 11/8 and my phone is still not in shipping that is obviously not correct. So what lie are you going to feed me to cover the fact the workers for your company can't bother to take a box off the shelf, put a sticker on it and ship it? You aren't doing a very good job of convincing me to continue to do business with this organization.
