It is 12:56 AM EST on Jan. 1, 2018, and I have no 4G high-speed data, as I am supposed to have.
My service period started 56 minutes ago, but I am still at 2G data speeds and my account indicates that I have no high-speed data.
Hi there caddzooks. Sorry about the issue there with your data. If you are still experiencing any issues, please follow the steps below:
If you have an Android:
2. Turn of Wi-Fi
3. Mobile Data on
4. System Updates
5. Tap update Profile
If you have an iPhone:
1. Tap Phone.
2. Enter ##873283# then tap Call.
3. When Starting Service Update screen appears, tap OK.
4. When Service Update Complete appears, tap OK.
