Was told account would be credited for service lost after Irma
I am a secondary line on my husband's plan and was told we would be credited for a 3 week loss of all service after hurricane Irma hit our area. My account says zero balance, but my husband who experienced the same loss of service is being charged in full for a week of service??? I spent 2 weeks explaining to 7 different agents that your towers were damaged. There is no reason why we should be paying for an entire month of service we didn't have. Ready to go with another company! You lied and never gave the credit to the primary account.
