Unable to log into account with Java error message
I've been trying to log in to my account. Only a Java error message appears. Unable to make a payment through the mobile site or main web site. Have tried different browsers. There is not email for Support I could find? for a while. Customer service numbers have not rung through for weeks. Is this the correct place to request assistance?

Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the company for all the trouble this has caused to you as I understand how important is to have access to our self-service tools like the Web channel when you need to pay your bill.
Since you mentioned that you get a Java-related error message, I would suggest you to remove the Java app and then re-install it to see if that does the trick. Have you tried that before?
Did you also try deleting your browser's cache, cookies and history? That could also work when it comes to this type of issue. I'll be waiting for your response. I truly care about helping you find a solution for this matter!
