Unable to Port Number/Activate Phone

Good Morning,

 

I Attempted to port my number and activate my Motorola G5 Plus phone online and the process got hung up on the progress screen. 

 

I then tried to log in using the information I provided, and the system got the following error message: "The phone number or PIN you entered does not match our records. Please try again."

 

Next, I tried to refresh the progress screen and it took me back to the beginning of the activation process, but when I entered my number the second time, I received the error message "Your phone number is not eligible for porting."

 

Please help. Thank you!

Good morning, TryingToPort! Sorry for the late reply! To further help you, please send us a private message including:

 

- The phone number you're trying to port.

 

- The PIN code you set for the Boost account you'll activate with that number.

 

To send us a private message, just click on the agent's username (Hozuki_Robert in this case), and then look for the option that says "Send this user a private message".
