My service has been interrupted for about 4 or 5 days now. I have already paid my monthly bill and still have until the 30th of this month for my actual due date. I want to know what is going on with my service.. I also have literally paid twice; once for my last plan in the middle of last month and again for my current plan at the end of last month. I was thinking that is what had to be done when switching plans, but now I'm not so sure.
