Returning online order

I do not yet have a Boost account or phone number. I purchased a phone last Thursday to make the switch to Boost. I received the phone yesterday and not even having it in my possession for 24 hours, I've had to charge it 3 times. I want to return it because this defect, but I can't get through the phone support since I don't have a Boost account. How can I get this phone returned?
