Hi, Please help me process a return for our phones. We just received our devices and the calls drop every 5 minutes. We cant stay on the phone long enough with customer service to reach a resolution and keep having to provide the information only to have the call drop again. We were told we can return the devices to FedEx, but no return authorization was initiated and we need to have this resolved so we can return this devices as they are completely unusable. PLEASE HELP!
