Remove family plan to single plan

I paid my $50 bill and found out it's set as the family plan, I need this corrected & when viewing my "my account" page I noticed the number listed isn't my # & it won't let me correct it nor can I change it to the area code which now I reside in. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!
