Hi, @RyanW524 ! We'd love to help you with your issue. Could you please send us a PM with the Virgin Phone number that you're trying to Port? We'll need the PIN code, the IMEI/DEC of the device you're trying to activate, ICCID/SIM card number for the device, 4-digits PIN code combination that you would like to use with Boost, and what plan would you like to activate the phone under as well.
