Ported in 2 phones and still no credits?

Promo was to port-in number from another company to my family plan and receive a month of service free. So i switched my 2 children's phones back.in February. I was told the 2nd month is when i would receive my account credits. My bill is due and still no credits. How do I get the credits on my account? I cant get a needed payment extension because i just started a new job. So i am counting on credits to be able to afford our monthly bill. Please advise.
