My parents bought me a S7 Edge phone as a gift in the beginning of May for a graduation present. When I tried to call Boost to activate the phone I was told the phone was not compatible with Boost. I went to the store to obtain a refund, and a representative there said I could return tomorrow when the manager was there as the representative did not have the password to complete a refund. I returned to the store the next day and the manager had no patience, raised his voice, and refused to give a refund due to store policy despite what the representative said yesterday.
