Phone payment plan

I’ve had a constant issue with my easy pay payments not being deducted from my account. I now have 2 payments waiting to be deducted and have tried to fix this issue more than once. Help!

I received my phone today and did the activation process but in the phone settings I cannot see my phone number and it says cellular network disconnected. When I go to the site to check activation status it asks me to pay the plan again. Could you please help.
