I paid my account balance last week and it was confirmed (screenshot of the text to prove payment was confirmed), and it hasnt hit my bank account yet. I have a mother who works in accounting. I have checked the transactions and the pending posts on my account and nothing was pushed through or posted. My bank account has not been touched yet. I have been using reboost so there shouldnt be a problem. But i have bills to pay. The customer service numbers DO NOT work. And the email has yet to be replied to. I am very frustrated and this needs to be fixed.
