I'm still having this issue. I'm not sure if the agent who replied to me is still here. Been about 40 mins since the last message and their circle says offline for their profile. I'm not trying to rush but I've been trying to get an answer about this for 4 hours (2 hours trying to call wrong numbers with no agent option and 2 hours here now) Is anyone else on who can help me or direct me to a number where I can speak to a live agent?
For anyone reading this that has a similar situation as me: I paid on the 28th even tho it was due by the 28th and counted as late. I had to wait for the remainer of the day (I paid in the afternoon on the 28th) and on the 29th it became active and fine again.
