Ordered iPhone through tech support number, haven’t received order confirmation email
I tried to order the rose gold iphone 6s 16gb online on saturday 5/12/18 and it sent me an error message every time i tried to submit my order, and gave me a number to call. I called the number ordered the phone and he gave me the confirmation number. as of last night the payment went through and i still have not received any kind of email confirming my order. I entered my email and the confirmation number the tech support gave me into the order status tab on the boost website and it says there’s a problem with my transaction contact customer service. I have been checking my spam folder in my email as well. What is going on?
