I recently ordered a phone and I have yet to receive and form of information about it. I have not received and email or confirmation of any sort even though I paid the amount and the money has been taken from my bank account. Whenever I go to check the status of the order it tells me that there is a temporary issue and it can not get me through the portal. I just want to know what is happening
