I just ordered the Samsung J3 Emerge. I needed to order two devices, one for my son and one for myself. The website would not let me purchase two of them in the same transaction. So I placed two separate orders. The second order did not go through. My bank account shows the first purchase but not the second. I checked the order status of the first order and it says "pending fraud detection." I never got am email confirmation on the second order. Can I simply cancel the order for both and get a refund for the one charge? This is a pain in the ass.
