Yesterday (11/15) I've placed an order for an Iphone SE around 7:30 PM Central time and paid an extra $12 to expedite the order. This morning I tracked the order at 9 AM Central time and saw that the status was "Shipped", it is now 5:38 PM CT and nothing has arrived. I have also took a screenshot of every page leading up to the final transaction. I can attach the files once an Agent responds to this post.
