ORDERED A PHONE: ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING WAS NOT CHANGED WITHIN FEDEX

Hello, I purchased a phone on 12/11/2017 realized that shipping address was incorrect; called and Boost Mobile representative stated that a case would be sent over to FEDEX and would be changed. The package was delivered to the original address on the order. When I returned home from at 6pm, mind you delivery was done at 1:43 pm, the package was not delivered to the home and FEDEX is stating that the package was left on the porch by the front door but I have not received the package on the account.
