Numbers not transferring.

I'm not sure who to PM so posting this first. My husband and I called today to activate our 2 new Boost phones and transfer our numbers from AT&T. The customer service rep that activated them for us told us the numbers would be transferred in 3-4 hours but it never happened, we still have the temporary ones. Just wondering if it normally takes a lot longer than we were told or if there is something we need to do.
