New customer, can not activate my phone

Hey, I just got my phone yesterday, bought it online  and have been trying to activate for a full 24 hours. I am trying to port in my number from Verizon.. All i get is a thing saying to try again or your account activation did not go as smoothly as hoped....REALLY??? I have no phone other than this one to call support, i cant wait another 24 hours or longer to hear back by email...there is no live chat...I am not a happy person right now. Can someone please tell me what the H*** i am supposed to do with a phone I cant even contact customer support on? Thank you!

Just an update on this...I have been messaging back and forth with MelissaC, an agent. She did a fantastic job at getting things figured out and i owe boost a huge apology. It was completely my fault for the problems i was having. Melissa got it straightened out and my phone and account are both set up and I am a very happy person right now. TY TY TY Melissa!! YOU ROCK!!!
