Recently my phone checked-out on me and is no longer functioning. Luckily I have another phone that I would like to get activated, but is there any other way to do this aside from going to a Boost Mobile store?

Since you already have an account, you may select the option I am a current customer and I want to swap Boost Mobile devices. You can also call our customer service line at 888-266-7848 to activate with our automated system, or speak with a representative.
