Hi,

 

Last month, I had help getting back into my account. Its a complex situation, but the long story short is, I need the pin reset on an account. I have the activation date again, for the alternative access.

Our daughter is mentally ill, and has been missing for sometime, and our only way to monitor anything has been via the boost account. She took her phone off of our family plan, and resets the pin number. We own the phone, and technically the phone and account were highjacked.

Hi there, Steven! Unfortunately, this case would not be eligible for an alternate authentication. Since the phone is working, the PIN number can be sent to it in a text message at any time. If she requests so, the PIN number will be sent. She can also get the PIN number online by clicking on "Forgot PIN". As long as she has the device, she will have access to the account, and will be able to change any and all information within it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
