When you click on the name of an agent, you'll see a frame to the right side of the screen with the option "Send this user a Private Message". We hope this information helps.

To send a Private Message:
1. Click you username on the top right.
2. Click "My profile"
3. Copy and paste the user name of the person you want to private message on the search field
4. Click "users" tab
5. Choose the user, then tap "send this user a private message"
