Money placed on wrong account

Trying to add husband back on my family plan and pay the additional 30 to get his phone back on. Ive already paid 50 mine but at the time i removed him a service rep told me i could him back on and pay the 30 and his phone would b back on. Now we realized we made the payment on the wrong account and too soon cause adding him to my phone for a family plan had been yet. So i need to transfer the money from his and have him added to mine as a family plan please.
